Gas & heating
22 years on the tools. Trained on a Bristol council maintenance contract, which is where he learned to diagnose a fault properly instead of replacing parts until it works.
Gas Safe registered since 2006. Handles boilers, heating systems and anything involving a flame.
Priya Bailey
Plumbing & bathrooms
Came to plumbing from a site management background, which is why our refits run to a written schedule and finish on the day we said.
WRAS-qualified. Handles bathrooms, drainage, kitchen work and the unglamorous stuff nobody else wants to quote for.

We'd rather turn up, look, and tell you it's a £12 washer than replace a boiler you didn't need replacing.
It costs us money in the short term. It's the reason most of our work comes from people who've used us before.
How we work
Five things we do on every job
- Price first
- Written price before any work starts. If it changes once we're in, we stop and tell you before continuing.
- ID on the doorstep
- Ask to see the Gas Safe card. We expect it, and we're not offended by it.
- Shoes off, sheets down
- Dust sheets from the door to the work area. Site swept before we leave.
- Explain the fault
- You get told what failed, why, and what to watch for. In plain English.
- Leave the paperwork
- Service record, benchmark certificate, or just a written note of what we did — depending on the job.
